Don't panic!: I did not understand the "ile hadlock" part of your question. But a large head and borderline high afi do not sound particularly concerning. First thought is you may be a few weeks further along than originally calculated. Hi afi's can be due to maternal diabetes, or rarely fetal abnormalities. Please discuss your concerns with your OB doc.
