Normal: It's completely normal to have some disparity in the growth measurements, almost no pregnancy has 'perfect' accordance with the measurements. At your gestation, measurements would have to be more than 2 weeks disparity in order to be concerned, 1 week is definitely within standard deviation of error of the technology of the ultrasound, even. No worries!
