Constipation: The answer is that you can train your bowel to have a regular bowel movement. Best time to try to go to the bathroom is 30-1 hour after a meal (gastrocolic reflex). Make sure that you have adequate fiber in your diet. Drink plenty of fluids. If this does not help you become regular visit your care giver for additional support and evaluation.
