No constipation, no straining during bm, eat fiber and healthy diet. i got posterior anal fissure last year and now i got a cut outside the anterior side of anus. no pain/burning during bm this time. i don't know why it's happening. what should i do?

best is to get checked out by your MD or a Gasroenterologist for without examining no treatment can be recommended. In the meantime use sitz bath after BM
