Hello, : Hello, i can't diagose the reason for your pain. Severe constipation can be a cause for abdominal pain. The gallbladder is on the right upper side of the abdomen and it can also be a source of abdominal pain. Pain in the right lower abdomen that is severe can sometimes be caused by appendicitis. Pain in the left side of your abdomen can sometimes be related to inflammation or infection of the large intestine. Upper abdominal pain could be due to an ulcer. If your abdominal pain is severe and your belly is expanding and feels tight (hard); this would be a reason to get medical attention. If you have red/ maroon blood in your stool or bowel movements that are black, sticky and malodorous; that could be a sign of GI bleeding. Your symptoms are too non-specific to get a good handle on, but for the above described scenario you would definitely want to be medically evaluated.
