Normal blood oxygen saturation levels means nothing is immediately broken. That doesn't mean everything is in tip top shape. There are many pulmonary, cardiac, and hematologic causes of low blood oxygen levels and the "pulse ox" as we sometimes call it, helps us know when these conditions are getting better.
