Exercise!: Regular aerobic exercise (running, walking, treadmill, bike etc) will supply lots of extra blood and oxygen to all the organs of the body. And eventually cause new blood vessels to grow. Aim to do exercise daily, at a pace sufficient to make you sweat and get a little short of breath.
