Unlikely...: First, WBC counts of 10k vs. 11k are essentially the same. Such a modest difference is unlikely to be clinically significant. However, more important could be the change in the differential. For example, a significant rise in neutrophil percentage accompanied by a fall in lymphocytes could give nearly the same total WBC count yet indicate profoundly different clinical scenarios. Need more info.
