My recent urinalysis showed wbc ua2 and rbc ua1 hpf. does this mean an infection. everything else tested was normal. ?

No: It is common for there to be some "debris" in a urine specimen. If no fever or symptoms and the urine showed no bacteria and negative leukocyte esterase and nitrite then no problem.
