My wbc in urine was 10-20 i have no symptoms of infection and my rdw were high in my blood. what does that mean fyi i have asthma and excema?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

WBC and RDW: Wbc in urine refers to inflammation not necessarily infection rdw basically refers to variation of red cell diameter in your peripheral blood ie with high RDW rbc's will vary considerably in diameter. With anemia RDW tends to increase ie cells tend to vary in size.
