We'd have to know the normal ranges at your lab. The TSH appears to be low. If the other hormones are within normal limits,you may have subclinical or early hyperthyroidism ( overactive thyroid). Some of your symptoms are not characteristic, though. I think an endocrinologist would be best to evaluate and advise you.
