Exercise: Exercise and stick to your diet. Only you can make the difference in what you eat or don't eat. With practice, you can learn to overcome the hunger pains. They diminish greatly after the first five days, so make it your goal to stick to your diet very strictly for the first five days. Everyone gets a bit more tired from exercise and dieting.
