Noise from intestine: Gastroparesis referes to slow emptying of the stomach. The stomach does not contract normally. Therefore noises heard are usually from small intestines. Motilium treats discomfort caused by slow moving stomach known as gastroparesis. It is worth a try. Some physicians have been using Erythromycin in low doses.
