It depends: Why did your doc measure this? Depending on symptoms and other liver tests you may have hepatitis (not likely; the level is not high) or other liver disease (alcoholism, fatty liver). Some people develop preeclampsia; toxemia of pregnancy; if elevated liver tests also called hellp syndrome and can be dangerous but not likely at 23 weeks of pregnancy. Ask your doc in what context it was drawn!

Monitoring: Elevation of blood pressure during pregnancy can cause increases in liver enzymes. Many things can affect liver enzymes including chronic medication use, alcohol intake, previous liver infection and elevations for unknown reasons. Your doctor will monitor these enzymes along with your blood pressure and check for significant protein excretion in the urine. Liver enzymes can't be treated.
