Elevated liver enzymes make me concerned for autoimmune hepatitis, viral hepatitis, drug related hepatitis. This can also be a part of HELLP syndrome.where hemolysis, high liver enzymes and low platelet can be a associated with preeclampsia. You should definitely see Ob doctor To reduce the risk of complications:, exercise, eat fresh fruits, rest, maintain normal blood pressure,& glucose .
