It is important: to evaluate increases in transaminases that become elevated in pregnancy. Liver disease can develop and progress when a woman is pregnant.Your values are not extraordinarily concerning, but they should be followed up with retesting within a week or two. If there is a problem, it is more likely to be related to your health than your baby's. Make sure you/your doctor stay on top of this. Good wishes
