Pain tightness: A muscle spasm is a painful over tightening of a muscle. It is most commonly caused when a muscle does not have an adequate supply of oxygen to perform the task that is being asked of it. Then it kind of seizes up and stops working until you can get some blood flowing into it again.

Nothing if no allerg: As long as you are not allergic there should not be an issue. Penicillin g can be given into the muscle but it should be given by a trained nurse or medical provider.

Stretching: There are different kinds of stretching i.E passive and active forms, and like any other techniques it needs to be done properly. If used wisely as part of an overall conditioning and warmup routine that might include massage, yoga, pilates etc.. Along with proper use of the muscle, the answer is yes. Best of luck.
