Comes and goes: For your own peace of mind, you should see a primary care physician who can order the testing to receive the correct treatment. On/off again blurry vision can be a red flag which could be serious. Get some peace of mind. Have things checked out.

Workup: Not likely aneurysm. May get angiogram to make sure. Check for glaucoma also. Migraine specialist may help.
