A member asked:

Mild headache, neck pain, vision loss in right eye, tingling. blood work normal. doctor ordered an mri, could i have a brain tumor?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Neck or brain: Likely not, but not impossible. More likely coming from your neck and involving arterial supply to the eye (carotid artery) or occipital lobe of the brain (vertebral artery). Was the MRI ordered of the brain or the cervical spine (neck)? Given that the headache is mild and the neck having frank pain, I would look at the neck first.
