Im worried about symptoms of a brain aneurysm. i am having full pain that comes and goes behind my left eye, and headaches for the last week. is this something i should get checked out?

Headaches: Although would doubt aneurysm causing your symptoms, and feel that migraine might be a logical answer, the persistent focality raises concerns of optic and/or brain pathology, and indeed this should be addressed. Agree with need to visit neurologist.
