Question is about my 88 yo dad having dark arrow shape in vision going right to left, veil like. has seen ophthalmologyx2,cardiology, neurology,primary care. he has had negative workup with echo, carotid us, cta head/neck, mri brain,zio patch?

A modest suggestion: your description sounds classically retinal in location. Has anyone considered performing Optical Coherent Tomography? Should a Neuro-ophthalmologist get involved at a nearby medical school? (In a younger person, one might wonder about unusual migraine effects, i.e., an occipital cortex location. Might see what an EEG could find?)
