Best treatment : Is an antibiotic. Pink can resolve on own after 2 weeks, but the antibiotic eye drops will speed up recovery.

Best to see your doc: Pink eye is highly contagious, so see you doc and get treated asap. Also if it turns out to be something more serious, a trip to the doctor could save your eyesight.
