My eye got extremely infected and it is smaller than the other eye. i just rubbed it a lot. how long will this take to heal and should i go see a doctor for it? my eye is very swollen and red too. im not sure if i have pink eye or not.

Worth a visit: I have seen infections limited to the surface linings of the lid/eyeball. I have seen them invade the support tissue of the eye. I have also seen a case where the germ got inside the eyeball & threatened vision. Without seeing it or a better description I can't say how bad it is/could be. Yet I would want you to be seen sooner rather than later if you value your sight.
