Fungal infection: Some medications used in bipolar disorder can increase prolactin and result in milk secretion from your nipples. Having a fungal infection is not related to this, nor is it part of bipolar disorder itself. Please see your primary care doctor for help with the fungus and to check the white secretion coming from your nipple. Since you don't list any medications at all, this is very important.

No: Those are totally different things here. Bipolar is a psychological or mental issue. It has nothing to do with nipple discharge and fungal infection. Please come discuss with your primary care doctor so he or she can treat and direct you to appropriate specialists. Good luck.
