See your doctor: A doctor can look at the rash and do testing if needed to diagnose it. It may or may not be a fungus. If it is a fungus and is that widespread you may need a n oral anti-fungal medication.

Go to your dr: You might need oral medication, you can try lotrimin (clotrimazole) cream first.

Hi, im currently having continual sinus infection and multiple antibiotic treatments but only to return in a week or so. Nasal clogging and seems like consistent inflammation in feet and knees from this as my GP has told me. I do saline care.
This has been ongoing for 2.5 years. There is a burning session (newer) within my joints (knees, elbows, fingers, toes). Physical therapy, rest, and more have not relieved the chest/sternum pain.
