You : You described feeling nervous when you are sick and hear more than one person's voice (assuming that these are external voices). The threshold for being bothered by external stimuli such as noise, light, temperature or odors may lessen when you are ill. Recommend that when you are this ill, that you nuture yourself by ensuring that you are in an environment that has tolerable temperature, light and noise levels.

Anxiety: Your anxiety appears to be related to the increased sensitivity from respiratory illness. If you are prone to frequent illnesses it would be helpful to be diagnosed by an ENT Physician to find a treatment to help you. In addition consult with a Clinical Psychologist to help you with the anxiety. Psychotherapy is useful and medication might be added.
