Strength of sodium h: Unlikely need er - if he is not symptomatic- drooling or difficulty swallowing, stomach pain, wheezing or coughing would need evaluation immediately.

Not a problem: Do you mean peroxide? If so, it's not a problem because it is diluted and such a small concentration does not cause any harm.
