Order: Floss first brush seconed rinse last. You do not need to rinse with salt water and over the counter mouth wash both. One or the other is enough. I personally prefer warm salt water.

In my opinion : I suggest my patients fbi - floss, brush and then irrigate (rinse vigorously and spit out). What is your reason for using listerine? If you want to use listerine, get the listerine free, which does not contain alcohol.
