Is it okay to use hydrogen peroxide (diluted with 50% water ) everyday as a mouth wash after brushing teeth?

Yes: I personally beleive yes, however there are some studies showing that prolonged use of hydrogen peroxide may cause some type of mouth cancer. This was only shown on laboratory rat who were overdosed with hydrogen peroxide.

Don't recommend it: I do not recommend hydrogen peroxide, even diluted as a mouth wash because it can cause a chemical burn on the cheek and gums. I suggest you switch to either listerine or act and see your dentist for a complete dental examination.
