Yes with care: Some natural supplements may be helpful by stimulating your metabolism and reducing your appetite such as green tea and green coffee extracts. Others can help support Insulin (chromium, cinnamon) but since you are on metformin you will want to make sure this is monitored. Magnesium is also important and is often low in diabetics. Avoid sugar spikes from fruits, starchy carbs, sweet drinks.
