Reactive hypoglycemi: When some people eat carbohydrates, especially concentrated sweets, they develop reactive hypoglycemia as their body releases insulin which is physiologically normal to regulate their blood sugar. However instead of reaching a normal blood sugar, the insulin causes it to drop below normal. This hypoglycemia may cause lightheadedness, shakes, fatigue or weakness. Avoiding sweets helps.
