Not: That i know of. You are basically somewhat immunocompromised from the medication and should treat yourself that way, get flu shots, be careful in planes and crowded places.

Yes: If you have elevated igg4, you may have igg4 -related pancreatic autoimmune disease. It that is the case, treatment with Rituxan (rituximab) or other agents used to treat igg4 diseases may help your pancreatic disease.
