I have been on imuran (azathioprine) 50 mg for about 2 months, how long do people usually stay on this medication, because it has many side effects and i am worried?

Crohn's dosease: Depends on the relief of symptoms called remission. The remission time is different in person to person. Looks like you have flare or relapse because you are taking other meds as well. Your doctor would evaluate the status of crohn's disease time to time and adjust the treatment accordingly.
