Nerve damage/disease: You have normal conduction in both motor and sensory nerves that were tested. Additionally the muscles tested during the EMG did not demonstrate abnormal activity that might be seen with inflammatory, immunologic, or degenerative neurologic disorders of muscle. The tests do not exclude all neuromuscular disorders, but you did not state why they were ordered.

Emg/ncv: Usually, this test rules out nerve problem such as neuropathy caused by pinched nerve, diabetes, toxic neuropathies, vitamin deficiencies.
