See neurologist: Persistant twitching for4 weeks needs to be investigated at the earliest possible,this may be same or different from previous ones. Speak to your neurologist , he may repeat E.M.G.or more investigation like m.r.i. and blood test if indicated

Twitching: Twitching may be caused by caffeine overdose. Do you drink lots of coffee or caffeinated drinks. Twitching could also be caused by Tourette Syndrome among other causes
