Different: Mbbs is a different degree. However, for foreign graduates to be able to go through training in the United States they would have to meet certain criteria and to pass standardized board exams. If your cardiplogist has completed a residency and fellowship program in the United States and is board-certified, he/she should to be well qualified to take care of you.
