See a dentist: It is difficult to diagnose with such little information and no examination but you maybe suffering from periodontal disease. You may have plaque and bacterial built up below your gums areas that are hard to rich with your toothbrush. Diet and other condition may also contribute to halitosis but i would suspect the most common one first. See a dentist for proper diagnosis and treatment.

See the dentist: Sometimes teeth with cavities, infected teeth, gum disease and an unclean tongue can cause "bad breath". Your dentist will check your mouth properly.

Brushing for a minimum of 2 full minutes only cleans 2/3 of your tooth surfaces. It doesn't clean between teeth, where sulfur-producing bacteria like to lodge. See your Dentist. Brushing alone won't work.
