Hyperthyroidism: So what's your question? Hyperthyroidism or excess thyroid function needs to be evaluated & treated to minimize risk for palpitations, racing heart beat, atrial fibrillation, tremors, anxiety, bulging eyes (exophthalmos), weight loss, bone density loss, etc. Hyperthyroidism might explain some of your symptoms but i'm not sure about red lump & sore nipple (gynecomastia?). Go see your family doc.
