Signs&sx prostate CA: Early prostate ca is silent. There are really no symptoms. Most men will have trouble with bladder function as they age but this is not related to early ca. As the cancer progresses it can cause sx related to the bladder with bleeding, pain, trouble with bowels with bleeding and pain, which we rarely see these days. Late ca can cause bone pain.
