What are the major causes of prostate cancer in men and early warning signs?

warning signs: The vast majority of patients with prostate cancer only have symptoms is the very late stages of the disease. Many people die of unrelated natural causes and never know they had prostate cancer. A small percentage can be very aggressive. If you have difficulty with urine flow, prostate pain or blood in your urine or any other prostate related symptoms please see a urologist and get checked.

Genetics: There are few, if any, behavioral or environmental risk factors for prostate cancer. Sadly there are also few , if any, early symptoms of prostate cancer. Your best bet is annual screening with prostate exams and psa.
