A member asked:

Is a hard prostate always a sign of cancer or can it be something else?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: But it needs to be evaluated. A urologist is the person that can help with this. The risk of prostate cancer goes up after 50 years. There are some men diagnosed in the 40s. Almost no one at 30. Still, it may need an evaluation.
