No: Maybe 1% of people are sensitive to gluten, and by avoiding it, they get relief of GI / skin troubles. This has led to pop claims that everybody else will benefit in every possible way from eliminating gluten. There's no science here -- just wishful thinking. I'm glad you're working out.
