Rheumatology?: Low wbc, microcytic anemia, and ANA positivity make rheumatological condition like systemic lupus erythematosus a possibility. Iron deficiency anemia with viral neutropenia is also possible. Evaluation by a hematologist and / or rheumatologist is warranted.
