Multiple symptoms: There are many conditions that cause diarrhea, fever, arthralgia including viral, bacteria, parasite, gastrointestinal disease and connective tissue diseases and drugs reaction. Since you have RUQ pain ct scan of abdomen would be helpful to evaluate liver, pancreas & gall bladder. Tb & malaria have to be looked at. Fever of 103f require you to see infectious disease doctor now & GI later. Thanks.

Get an evaluation: What you're describing is often called "fever of unknown origin." the cirteria are 1) fever over 103 on several occasions, 2) for more than 21 days, 3) without an origin after one week of hospital's tests. That criteria is from 1961, when people had longer hospital stays, but is still used. The types of tests someone needs can become pretty invasive - it's important to have a thorough work-up.
