Atypical lupus?: No one knows what lupus really is, and your situation is not uncommon. Many folks like you never get a diagnosis. The empirical treatment you are receiving now seems appropriate to this non-rheumatologist. Good luck.

Fibromyalgia : This all could be related to your fibromyalgia. The positive ANA could due to something else. Most people with a positive ANA do not have lupus or any other inflammatory joint disease.
