Is it actually true that an over dose of sleeping pills will have any side effects say after 10 years?

If Hypoxic: There should be no side effects after ten years unless your breathing was comprimised by the overdose and your brain lost oxygen. If you are feeling that your brain is not working right, please see a psychiatrist for an evaluation.
