Is it true if you don't sleep conventional hours (10pm-7am) you don't get restful sleep? i work swing shift (sleep 3am to 1pm) and my docs say this is why i feel fatigue. but i feel way worse trying to sleep conventional hours after a year of trying

Sleep hour shift: Your body likely became used to sleeping from 3 am to 1 pm and never sucessfully made the shift 6to sleeping from 10 pm to 7 am.
