Hard t say: Torticollis is a label we put on those who tilt their head to one side. It's origin in infancy can be due to delivery trauma to neck/shoulder muscles & failure to work it out with physical therapy can leave it tilted. It can also be due to abnormal vertebrae in the neck. Without an exam & possible x-rays it is hard to speculate on cause/treatment. Physical therapy may help, but its hard to be sure
