Push ups: Push ups are an oldie but goodie. They don't require any equipment. Once you get basic form, vary width of hands as well as height (one hand on books, other on ground). Then practice w/feet on chair. Finally buy a balance ball so you can put feet on ball & do push ups. Don't forget clapping push ups for variety. Mix it up & have fun!
