See a trainer.: You'll want to focus on chest exercises with free weights or selecterized equipment (like the machines you find in the gym). Examples are chest presses, flies, overhead press. Remember to include in your regimen exercises to strengthen your back (seated rows, tricep pulls, lat pull-downs). Bench presses can be done at several inclines. Don't forget your core! good luck. Consider yoga: Yoga may be good for that since you mostly are working with your own body. You may be able to tell if one side is weaker than the other and that is why the chest is uneven. You may also have a slight curve in the spine that is pulling one side more. It really helps tone the muscles evenly. Try a beginner class or dvd. Good luck!
